my 21st SURPRISE BDAY PARTY

the day was January 13th, 2024.... I stayed up all night with that "first day of school" feeling! You know that feeling you get when you are excited, anxious, overwhelmed, all the emotions. I guess I just knew that something exciting was gonna happen.....

I was woken up early Saturday morning to "happy birthday" wishes and songs from my family. I got ready for my big day of shopping and coffee shop hunting, (which was all I really wanted to do on my bday lolz) and when 9 am hit, I was hit with my first surprise of the day! My bestie, Betsy... came in with birthday balloons and chick fil a breaky!! We ate, got ready, and left to irvine, ca!

I really wanted to go shopping on my bday and I really wanted to go to Irvine Spectrum, so that's exactly what we did! We did stop by for coffee at two coffee shops on the way, but we finally made it and I shopped my lil heart out! Little did I know.... that my family was at home, scramming to set up my big surprise. 🥰

We shopped and shopped, and finally arrived home at around 5pm! I was so excited to be home because I thought that I was just going to be having a small, intimate dinner with my close family and friends, but then I walked in and .....

SURPRISE 🥳

my family had thrown me the ultimate FORMULA ONE 21ST SURPRISE BDAY PARTY!

they had thought of everything! my fav food, chicken nuggets and pizza. the decorations, which were all red and checkered flags! my mom baked for me, (which she usually never does), making the cutest brownie traffic lights, donut tires, and so many amazing goodies! they also got me not one, but TWO amazing cakes!!! fun fact about me, I LOVE CAKE!!! and I especially love ice cream cake!!! So, they got me two beautiful cakes and I was so so so happy!

all in all, it was the bestest bday ever!!!

it was more than just a party for me! It was the thought behind it all! the fact that my family and betsy got together to plan out every detail and actually excuted it, that just made it extra special to me! I felt so emotional, happy, loved, cared for, as I looked around at all my family and friends at the party!! God truly put an amazing crowd in my life and I am beyond grateful for each and every one of them! I don't know where I'd be without my family, friends, and church!

They made my 21st extra special!! (and without all the alcohol 😉)
